Mr. Singh, a seasoned financial management consultant with +40 years of rich industry experience. His expertise lies in providing innovative and out-of-the-box solutions in private equity/venture capital and debt fund raising, offshore funding propositions, financial planning & analysis, and financial restructuring of companies, including sick companies. He also possesses a deep understanding of profitability and growth drivers, and is experienced in selecting and applying financial strategies, including financial modelling and strategic planning.
During his professional life, Mr. Singh has held senior positions such as Executive Director at M/s Healthcaps India Ltd, Managing Director & CFO at an Auto Ancillary Group in Faridabad, and CFO. He has also worked as a Management Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1978 to 1984.
Apart from his extensive experience in the field, Mr. Singh is also passionate about training and developing finance talent, which makes him a valuable asset to any organization. Mr. Singh is an experienced capital markets professional with 7+ years of experience across private equity, Investment banking, financial due diligence, assurance and tax advisory.
He has worked with EY Strategy & Transactions. After EY he worked with a New Delhi based investment bank and post MBA he worked with a Y-Combinator backed private equity firm in Toronto, Canada. He is associated with one of India’s oldest Chartered Accountancy firms and is an active investment banker assisting clients with mergers & acquisitions and fund raising.
He has advised a number of start-ups, domestic and international companies on complex domestic and cross border transactions. He has been involved in preparation of due diligence reports for various sell side and buy side transactions. He has gathered extensive experience in finalization of Indian GAAP and IND AS financial reporting. He has rendered diversified financial services to companies across a number of industries like electric vehicles, food & beverage, hotel & hospitality, healthcare, publishing etc.

Nitin Kumar is the proprietor of ‘Kumar Nitin & Associates’ established in the year 2016 to provide corporate consultancy to individuals, startups and established companies. The firm renders legal, securities and secretarial advice to corporate and non-corporate entities on various laws like Company Law, Securities Laws, Tax Laws, Foreign Exchange Management Act and other corporate laws. The firm also has expertise in other business services like business setup & company incorporation, compliance management and financial advisory.

She has acted as a Private International Tax Attorney for clients based across the globe including Canada, United Stated of America, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Singapore and Cyprus who own foreign assets or have any overseas income stream to help them to reach their private tax goals and make sure they are paying what they really owe in taxes. She assists clients in Income Tax planning for foreign investments, choice of business entity, international tax planning, mergers & acquisitions.
She has represented foreign corporates, Non-residents and NRI’s before Tax Tribunals, High Court and Supreme Court of India. She also represents before Reserve bank of India for foreign exchange issues and has assisted foreign corporates in establishing business in India by way of liaison office, project office, branch office and subsidiary in India.
